Permanent Makeup Appointment T&Cs

By booking an appointment your agreeing to the terms and conditions published and set by The Anastasiya Studio.

General Consent

I authorise semi-permanent makeup technician to perform a cosmetic enhancement upon myself.

I understand that semi-permanent makeup / permanent cosmetic enhancement is an advanced form of tattooing.

I understand that an allergy test does not guarantee that I will not have an allergic reaction to the pigment or anesthetic used. If this occurs, I take full responsibility.

I agree for topical anesthetic (numbing cream) used by the The Anastasiya Studio, I do not have any allergies for topical anesthetic, and I understand all side effects.

I will bring only myself to the appointment, other occupants are not allowed within the premises (unless this is agreed in advance with The Anastasiya Studio).

I understand that I must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol on the day of my procedure.

I understand The Anastasiya Studio has the right to refuse treatment for any reason.

I understand that procedure payments are non-refundable.

I accept full responsibility for the shape, colour and position of the cosmetic enhancement, as agreed during the course of my consultation.

I understand I must contact The Anastasiya Studio before booking an appointment if I have had a permanent makeup treatment in the past. The Anastasiya Studio can not work every case and if I book without confirmation I risk loosing my deposit. If you have had permanent makeup in the past photos will need to be provide.

I understand the pigment in rare cases can migrate under the skin.

I understand that the cosmetic enhancement my fade over the course of 1-3 years, even though the colour has faded, the pigment will stay in the skin indefinitely and may leave a light residue of colour.

I understand that immediately after the procedure the enhancement will initially look darker that the desired result, and can take between 4-10 days to lighten. I understand that the true colour will be visible one month after each procedure, and that the colour may vary according to skin tones, skin types, age and skin conditions. Every effort will be made to achieve desired result. I appreciate that no guarantee of an exact colour can be given.

I understand one treatment may not be enough for my desired results and I may have to return multiple times for a touch up treatment for a further applications of pigment to achieve desirable results. The touch up procedure will be performed 1-3 months following the initial treatment and will be charged a separate fee. It is my responsibility to book my touch up procedure to avoid any additional cost.

I understand if I have any concerns to contact The Anastasiya Studio directly.

I will adhere to aftercare given by The Anastasiya Studio and understand if I do not follow, I may be refused as a client in the future.

I am aware that the result of the procedure is determined by the following; medication, skin characteristics (dry, oily, sun-damaged), natural skin undertones, alcohol intake and smoking, general stress, a compromised immune system, pre and post aftercare treatment.

Cancellation Policy

If the appointment needs to be cancelled or changed, 48 hours notice will need to be given, if it is past 48 hours the deposit will be lost.

If it is prior to 48 hours you will be able to transfer this once. More than once and the deposit will be lost.

All deposits are non refundable.

I accept The Anastasiya Studio can cancel or change my appointment time and date for any reason given and deposit will be transferred to a date and time arranged by both parties.

I understand that if I am late to my scheduled appointment, the treatment is not guaranteed and the deposit will be lost.

I am 18 years old or over.
